Product availability

Each product shows a dispatch time indicating when we can send it — from 24 hours up to several, sometimes even a dozen or so days (for hard-to-get items or those made to order). We do our best to keep the offer aligned with actual stock levels; however, the real delivery time may occasionally be longer — we will notify you promptly.

If you order multiple products, the shipping time for the entire order is aligned to the item with the longest lead time. We can split the order into stages — please contact us or add an appropriate note in the order comments.



Depending on the quantity and weight of the products ordered, the chosen payment method and your preferences, you can choose one of the delivery options:
  • Fastest and safest:
    Courier service — delivery is provided by a professional courier company. Choosing a courier means convenience and confidence that your order will arrive on time at a reasonable price. Additionally, you will receive a link by email to a page where you can track your shipment in real time.
  • Comfortable and flexible:
    InPost Parcel Locker — If you are hard to catch at home, the parcel will wait for you in the selected locker. A very convenient method — lockers operate 24/7, so delivery can take place even at the weekend. Additionally, you will receive shipment tracking to your email and phone number.
  • Easiest:
    Personal pickup is the easiest way to collect your order — visit our headquarters at: Przemysłowa 14, 44-190 Knurów. You can find opening hours on the Contact page. There are no extra charges for personal pickup. Please remember to arrange your pickup in advance.

You will see the total delivery cost after adding products to the cart and selecting your preferred delivery and payment method — the summary will show the exact amount to pay.



Delivery costs outside the Republic of Poland are determined individually with the Customer.
