Warranty and Service
Some products sold in our store come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If a defect is found in equipment covered by the warranty, please contact the nearest service point indicated in the warranty card or on the manufacturer’s website. This is a very fast claim process that restores the device to working condition in the shortest possible time.
Note: please keep your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and the original packaging until the end of the warranty period — they constitute the basis for submitting a claim.
Complaints
Always check the parcel before accepting it to make sure it was not damaged in transport. If the packaging shows visible external damage, we recommend refusing delivery and then contacting us at: +48.730964954.
After paying the cash-on-delivery amount and signing for the package, you may open it in the presence of the courier — if any discrepancies are found, a discrepancy report will be drawn up, which forms the basis for a later complaint.
If the purchased goods turn out to have manufacturing defects or do not conform to the description, please follow the complaint procedure below:
- Send us the product you wish to complain about, together with a written statement describing in detail the reasons for the complaint, the requested form of compensation, as well as the return address and the bank account number to which a refund is to be made (depending on the decision made by the store).
- Within 14 days of receiving the parcel, we will inform you by e-mail or phone of the outcome of the complaint procedure.
- If the complaint is accepted, within 7 business days from the decision date we will compensate your costs by: repairing the product, sending a new item, or refunding your money.
- If the complaint is considered unfounded, we will provide you with a detailed justification of the decision and within 14 business days we will return the claimed product at our expense. For card payments, the refund will be made to the card.

Product Returns
In accordance with applicable regulations, within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery of the ordered goods, you have the right to return them without stating a reason by withdrawing from the contract, under the general rules arising from the provisions on distance contracts. This applies only to consumer sales, i.e. purchases by a natural person made for purposes not related to professional or business activity.
The returned product must show no signs of use — every element must be complete and factory-packed, and the goods delivered in the original packaging in an unchanged condition. If this condition is not met, the product will not be accepted.
If you wish to return a product:
- Send back the purchased product undamaged and in the original packaging together with all its contents.
- Include a written statement expressing your wish to return the product and the bank account number to which the refund should be made.
- Within 3 business days of receiving your parcel, we will check the condition of the product (whether it shows signs of use, whether it has been damaged or destroyed, and whether it is in the original packaging with all contents).
- If no issues are found, we will send information about the positive decision to your e-mail address. The refund will be made within 7 days to the provided account. For card payments, the refund will be made to the card.
If your return is rejected (due to product damage or signs of use), we will send information on the refusal to the indicated e-mail address. Within 7 business days, we will return the product to the indicated return address and cover the shipping cost.
